Service: “AI Service Experts” provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, captures lead details, sends call-recap emails and transcripts, follows up with callers via SMS, routes/schedules appointments, and triggers post‑call automations for service businesses
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
Description of services
AI receptionist and related automations that:
Answer inbound calls 24/7, handle simultaneous calls
Capture contact info and other lead details
Generate recordings, summaries, and transcripts of calls, and email you a recap
Send follow-up SMS to callers and trigger workflows/automations
Provide routing, booking links, scheduling, and tailored prompting
We may improve, update, or modify features at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Trials, subscriptions, billing, cancellation, refunds
Subscription: The Services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Monthly, Quartley or Yearly). Pricing shown on the site may change. Taxes may apply.
Free trial / guarantee: If advertised, we honor the 30‑day money‑back guarantee shown on the site; requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase. Via email to [email protected]

Billing: You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees until canceled.
Cancellation:
How to Cancel
To protect your account and ensure orderly shut‑down, the Account Owner must complete all steps below at least 5 business days before the next renewal date:
Submit Cancellation Email stating the reason for the cancellation to [email protected]
Verify Identity: Provide the account ID, business name, billing ZIP, and the last 4 digits of the payment method on file (or other verification we request).
Offboarding Checklist: Complete the following, including: confirm removal of call forwarding, disable active workflows/automations, update your routing rules, and acknowledge telephony/scheduling changes that may affect your callers.
Cooperation Window: Choose a deactivation date at least 3 business days out to allow proper offboarding and prevent service disruption.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period after all steps above are completed. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only, One Location Only)
If advertised on our site, we honor a 30‑day money‑back guarantee on your first subscription purchase only, subject to all of the following:
Timely Request: Submit via email to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the initial charge.
Minimum Implementation: You must (a) configure at least one active number/forwarding route, (b) load your prompt/settings, and (c) complete two test calls (or allow us to do so) so we can validate functionality.
Troubleshooting Opportunity: Participate in one remediation attempt (email or a 15–30 minute screen‑share) so we can resolve setup issues.
The one time set-up fee does not qualify for the money back guarantee.
Offboarding Questionnaire: Complete the refund questions inside the Cancellation Form-Request the cancellation form from [email protected] (reason, business use case, call examples).
Exclusions: Refunds exclude pass‑through usage and third‑party charges (e.g., Go High Level charges, telephony minutes, carrier fees, SMS/MMS usage, overages), one‑time setup fees, and add‑ons. The guarantee is void for abusive, unlawful, or policy‑violating use.
Custom Builds do not qualify for the money back guarantee.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and typically appear within 10–15 business days, subject to your bank/card network.
No Refunds
Except for the 30‑day guarantee above or where required by law, we do not offer refunds for renewals, partial billing periods, add‑ons, usage, or third‑party fees. One time set up fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension; we reserve the right to contest and re‑bill valid charges.
Post‑Cancellation
Access remains available through the end of the current term. After a reasonable retention period, we may delete data subject to legal obligations. Export data before canceling.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws, including call‑recording/monitoring consent, consumer protection, telemarketing, anti‑spam, and data protection laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN‑SPAM, state “Do Not Call,” GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
Obtain and document all legally required consents from your contacts, callers, or end users for call recording/monitoring, automated or prerecorded calling, and SMS/MMS messaging, including opt‑in and honoring STOP/HELP requests.
Provide any required verbal or written notices to callers (e.g., “This call may be recorded/monitored…”) and ensure caller consent as required by one‑party or two‑party consent jurisdictions.
Ensure your prompts, scripts, and automations are accurate and lawful and do not solicit or process prohibited content.
Not use the Services to send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; to spam; or to violate others’ privacy or intellectual property.
You are solely responsible for your configuration (routing, scheduling rules, prompts), for the content of communications sent on your behalf, and for compliance with industry rules (e.g., carrier messaging guidelines).
Call recording, transcripts, and monitoring consent
The Services may record calls, generate transcripts, summaries, and email recaps [Source]. You are responsible for providing required disclosures and obtaining consent from callers. Where required, you must enable a pre‑connect announcement or other mechanism to ensure consent. You agree we may process and store recordings/transcripts to provide and improve the Services.
Messaging (SMS/MMS) compliance
By entering your phone number, you agree to receive SMS updates, reminders, and promotional messages from AiAerviceExperts.com. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Automated follow‑up SMS may be sent to callers [Source]. You are responsible for obtaining documented opt‑in consent compatible with TCPA and carrier policies, honoring opt‑out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests, maintaining quiet hours where required, and avoiding prohibited content. We may restrict or suspend messaging that risks carrier filtering or legal violations.
Third‑party services and integrations
We may use telephony, messaging, payment, analytics, and hosting providers to deliver the Services. Your use of any third‑party integration is subject to that provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for third‑party services.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, models, and content we provide. You retain rights to your content, prompts, caller data, and business info. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s Confidential Information with at least reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the relationship. Exclusions apply for information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained.
Data protection; DPA
We process personal data to provide the Services as a service provider/processor on your behalf for caller/lead data. A Data Processing Addendum is available upon request. You are the controller/business with respect to your end users and must provide legally required notices and obtain consents.
Service availability and support
We aim for high availability and prompt support but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Features may depend on carriers, networks, and third‑party platforms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. You are responsible for your compliance and outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulti LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vaulti LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your content, prompts, or configurations; (b) your violation of laws (including recording and messaging laws); (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your use of third‑party services.
Term; termination; suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non‑payment, or unlawful use. Upon termination, your access ceases and we may delete data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site or communicated to you. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law. You and we waive class actions to the extent permitted by law.
